Parcels delayed

I phoned track and trace this morning to find out where two of my parcels are. it sounds like there is again a go slow! I am not receiving my parcels and they have been at the same branch for a week now? So where is the delivery of our parcels. It also seems that I am not the only one experiencing this as the Boksburg branch had a pile of parcels that was supposed to be sent out that was a day behind already. I mean really? We can make use of other means to get our parcels here but still use the post office. This is just terrible service and the fact is that even if I do complain the answer from the post office is still the same. "We are sorry but there is a delay in post! " How long is the delay going to last may I ask? Another three weeks? If so I will in future make use of another service.
