Poor service

Good day. We need answers, we pay a lot of money every year at the post office. We are never late for the renewal and pay it in full. We can't go to the post office in the morning and not even at night. There are always people sleeping there, urinate there, drinking there and even sit in front of your po boxes and smoke something very strong. Then they just look at you don't know when will they attack you. We did speak to the manager, she did just say we tried to do something and no response, why can't they get a plan that wil be safe for us
