I have been looking for a certain cosmetic palette produced by Bobbi Brown called Caviar & Oyster Palette. I searched everywhere for it and finally contacted Bobbi Brown SA on Facebook. I left a message stating I was desperately trying to locate this product but didn't have much success. Within 24 hours I received a response via email asking for my telephone number, which I provided.
The very next day I was telephoned by REFILWE who stated she would track the product down. Within 2 hours I was told the product had been located and it would be shipped to me. I asked about payment and was told they were sending me 2 of these palettes FOR FREE!
Now I ask you, who could top this excellency?
