More than a year later and not curtains!!

I have ordered 3 different bathroom sets last year round about Aug/Sept. These goods were paid for cash. First I was told about delivery dates, which was a huge frustration and despite phoning, no feedback was ever received. When I eventually received the goods, the one set (a brown set) came with BLUE curtains. The advert in the brochure had BROWN curtains. What annoyed me was that I had to pay to return the curtains. Not once was I contacted about the curtains I have returned. Every time I mention it to a Call Centre agent phoning me to try and sell me something else, I am told I need to phone the call centre. Well, out of past experience, I know that is a lost cause! I got very excited when I got a message I could fetch my parcel on 3/3/13. To my disappointment I was sent the Royal Garden Peach Curtains... a set I already have. So now I have to sets of Royal Garden Peach Curtains and still now brown curtains as per product that was advertised. These curtains were now returned once again on 25/03/13. I have requested the curtains of the Lindsay set and to date have not received confirmation. Can someone please contact me for a change about my complaint??
