Friday 31 May was my birthday and I wanted to book to have my makeup done. I had been an exclusively MAC client for 10 years and the girls in Sandton know me. They didn't have availability for Friday and didn't seem willing to accommodate me. I went to Bobbie Brown and Lisa booked me in. On the day, she was loving, friendly, and took me through all the steps as she did my face. At the end when I asked to pay, she said it was a birthday gift. The royal treatment at BB made me want to belong to this group of classy, caring women. Thanks Lisa for your gesture, and for that you have given Bobbie Brown a lifetime client and an ambassador for the brand as I am a private banker and I always have colleagues and clients alike asking for grooming tips, so im sure in time I will be sending plenty of new clients your way.
