Intec cannot refuse to cancel, know your rights

When you cancel, even with in the Law and as prescribed by the Consumer Protection Act, Intec follows the same procedure. Their cancellations email sends you a delivery failure. Tyrone contacts you and says he will refer to the Board, this is nonsense, he waits till you follow up and then sends you a standard decline letter stating they want 80% cancellation fee. They are breaking the law, you can lodge a complaint at the NCC, go to there website and download the complaint form. You can also go to the free service of the Small Claims Court and issue a letter of demand. Should they ignore it, a summons will be issued. I have lodged a complaint with the NCC and will go to the Small Claims Court tmrw morning. STAND up for your rights. Its because of this type of operation that the CPA was created!
