OVER CHARGE WITH DISGUSTING SERVICE

This is the FOURTH TIME I am complaining and quering my account and I have still not received a response!! My account has been blocked for over a month and I am unable to do ANY WITHDRAWALS.. The staff at kenilwort centre are also unhelpful. I cannot go into the bank every week to unblock my card, so I am forced to do IB cash sends. Not only is this irritating and inconvenient, the consultant told me that CASH SENDS ARE FREE! Only to find that since I have been doing the cash sends, I have been billed for each one. I opened this account in July and to date, you have charged me over R1000 in FEES!!! This is disgusting and a rip off. How can you do this to your clients.. the point to joining a bank is to save money, no to spend it on BANK FEES!! I demand an explanation and a refund as I was misinformed. This should be dealt with immediately please
