I ordered a puzzle from The Puzzle Pro. It took me a long time to build as the pieces didn't quite fit and there was a line missing. I emailed The Puzzle Pro on 5 Nov 2012: I have ordered a puzzle from you guys and was astounded at the poor quality. I attached a photo as proof. This was supposed to be a 50th gift but I feel too embarrassed to give it. Puzzle replied: My most humble apologies for this poor experience. We will remake this puzzle for you. I will look into the quality of our paper, it took a long time to source a supplier of that board. After many e-mails to them I received an e-mail on the 18th of January from Joseph Simon Ginsberg: My apologies for the long delay, I plan to have it completed 5during next week, please send me anther image so I can make up an additional complimentary puzzle to compensate you for this delay. And again... an excuse from Ginsberg on 14 February 2013: We have had some production problems which are now resolved, I am busy finishing your puzzle and hope to send it in the morning. On 7 March 2013 they requested my banking details. 19 days later and I have not been refunded.
