Bad attitude and service from dealership

We phoned to find out if a vehicle was still available for sale and it was, so we were told that we can come have a look at the vehicle at any time in the day. So we drive all the way from Pretoria to go look at the vehicle and when we got there we were escorted of the show room floor in a very rood way, and they locked the gate behind us so that we can't enter again and told that we must not bother them as they are busy praying for the business. We must come another time when they are not praying for the business. But they also don't need our business as they have enough.
