Unbearable heat/unfriendly staff

I have been staying in Bothasig for 28years & never had any complaints but for the past 2 years or so I dread going there but have to as once a month I have to collect chronic medication for myself and my husband especially in summer because it can be as hot as outside but the inside is unbearable, almost like entering a oven as all aircons seem to be on warm. What amazes me is most is that the staff walk around in long sleeves in that "oven". I have asked before why the aircon is off and told them people have just walked out then either they say its broken or its too cold for them if they put it on, yet everyone else there is breaking out in sweat, this it is unacceptable. Everytime I go there people are complaining about the heat but they don't care. Some of the staff there does everything in slow motion and it does not matter if it is morning or afternoon or if there is a queue. They hardly ever smile or greet its to much of a efford. They don't even care how they do things even the stamps gets put on a parcel or packet any way they like even if it is upside down.
