Parcel not delivered due to strike

My parcel was delivered to Sandton branch on 26/02/2013. I contacted them on 28/02/2013 to confirm that the item was there and advised them that I would colllect it on 01/03/2013. Upon my arrival the branch advised me that my parcel was no longer there, it had been sent away, but they did not know where it had been sent - their system had not been updated. I found this completely unacceptable, but there was nothing I could do. Due to the strike I waited patiently and contacted Weltevreden Park branch on 23/03/2013 to find out if my parcel has arrived yet as this is my nearest branch. I was advised that their system is offline and was given 0860 111 205 to call. My call went unanswered for minutes due to all consultants being busy. I checked my tracking number on [URL Removed] and found it was delivered to Witspos hub on 08/03/2013. I contacted Weltevreden Park branch again, advised the lady what it said on Parcel Track and she advised me that there is nothing they can do, there is a strike going on and I must just wait until the parcel is delivered. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!! I have paid for a service which I am not getting and a strike is not a good enough reason for that!
