Bad Service

I couriered (jhb-bfn) my parcel on monday morning only to be told on Tuesday that there is strike.my parcel arrived in BFN on thursday but was delivered to the wrong branch (Kagisanong instead of Brandwag). Ive been trying to call Post Ofice call centre but they not answering the phone. I tried to call Kagisanong branch they said I should call after 8, now they no longer answering their phone. The parcel was urgent, needed to be delivered on tuesday. Its friday today still the recipient has not receive the parcel. The service from both call centre and branch is really bad and unacceptable.
