Seriously? Another strike

I am so sick of trying to get what I paid for. I am waiting for parcel that was delivered to Witpos on the 13th February 2013 and cant get any answer to when I will be receiving it.

I have tried numerous times to contact the contact centre and when I finally did get hold of some one. I was told that the strike (good excuse) was the cause and I should monitor Parcel track to see what is happening with my parcel.

What ever happened to service??

Please can some one tell me when my parcel will be delivered??
