Bad service from Witspos (wits post office)

I have been waiting for my parcel it was sent on the 08th of November 2013 at 13:43 but even today it show that it is still at witspos there is no progress on my parcel which means it is stuck with them even when i try to call customer care the number is forever busy please help the following is my parcel details.
