SA Post Office
Didn't want to look for my parcel at all

Good day,

I have a parcel that I'm still waiting for the past 2-3 months and I do understand there was a strike, but after the strike my parcel was last scanned at Johannesburg PO (jeppe Street), I went there with my RD number but the lady who assisted (no name tag) advised that I had to wait for the slip of which I'm still waiting for today.
She wasn't willing to assist at all and she was just busy reading a magazine and she advise she cannot help me because she didn't want to look for my parcel manually, even though i did explain to her that the parcel was last scanned in Johannesburg but she just ignored me like i wasn't there
Now my parcel is at Wits POS which i don't even know to get my parcel now.
Please assist.
