Techno Scales
Are Techno Scales a?

I have gotten a Quotation from Techno Scales on the 25th October 2012 for a sheep crate scale and Paid on the 29th of october 2012 for the scale because you must pay and then they whould sent you your scale. The person whom i talked to was Warren Facoline who were suppoused to be the owner/boss of Techno Scales then just begins not ansering my calls and when he ansered private number calls from me he whould just say "o I`m not at the office but I would give you the waybill no when I get there" and then you would not be hearing from him and this kept on now for 2 and a half months. so I`m asking ARE TECHNO SCALES A!!!
