Please do not fall for this

We also fell for this - Warren supplied me with a quotation and requested that the money be deposited into his (personal) account with the promise that the scale would be sent of the following friday (21 December 2012). It is more than 2 months now and still no scale - He simply does not answer his phone or responds to any emails, and if one do get hold of him there is always some or other fancy story as to why the scale is not yet ready to be sent. I have spoken to his previous employer (from which he copied the plans for the scales that he is now selling), his father and a couple of other people that also fell for this. Even threats with the police and lawyers was unsuccessful.

Out of pure desperation, I even contacted TECHNO SCALES themselves (a company based in India!!!) - They assured me that they do not have any representatives in South Africa and that they have never heard of this guy named WARREN FACOLINE, who is conveniently trading under their name and even using an similar email adress as their's.

If their are anybody out their that can help me to resolve this issue, i would truly appreciate it - I had to take a bank loan to pay for this scale
