Parcels seem to be stuck at Capemail?!

I have been tracking these two parcel's and they have had the same status since march 15.
Tracking no: RS548000595SK & Tracking no: RS548000581SK.
Both these parcels say: In transit 2013/03/15 CAPEMAIL (HUB) - Please explain as to where these parcels could be and if they are "in transit", why have they not been scanned at the next branch?? These are gifts for people and I need to know if they will reach them ASAP!! Is there anything I can do to make this process go faster, my patience is running out. How hard is it to get good service?!
