Ad service

We were standing in a short queue at the pta north post office just to send something away via their courier service. 1 teller was open, she was helping people but very slowly. 1 other lady was also only helping people who collected parcels which there were almost none of. we were standing in the queue for 1 hour 20 minutes with 3 people in front of us since we got there till we left.
all other staff was walking around and no other tellers were opened.
we eventually went to mayville and their service was excellent.
