On Monday, 25 March 2013 I went 2 da post office 2 send money & a parcel 4 my younger brother who is studying in Lesotho. Da lady dat was assisting me indicated 2 me dat they were offline so I should wait 4 about 10 minutes & went ahead with da parcel. After waiting 4 about 5 minutes I went 2 another teller who said da system was not down & assisted me. On Thursday, 11 April I received a call from a guy by da name of Lucas from OR Tambo indicating dat my parcel is still with them as I was charged R63.00 instead of R193.00 4 dat parcel. My issue here is da person who was assisting me was supposed 2 know how much to charge me as I am not working 4 da post office. And why did it take so long 2 be discover dat I was charged less? I sent an email 2 post office client services on the 23 of April 2013 regarding dis & on da 25 of April 2013 I received an email from client services asking me which post office it was & I responded & never heard anything from them. On the 26 of April I went 2 da post office 2 collect dat parcel & da lady who was assisting me said there was nothing she could do 4 me & gave me a form to fill as I wanted my money back and still haven't heard anything.
