Just a money making scheme

My wife bought Pots at windhoek show in November 2011. There were two options of 12 and 2 months to pay. We paid double every month to pay off in 12months. In october2012 I phoned and was informed we owe about 400 and somthing cant remember the exact amount. After which I made payment of 500 RAND. MEAN while still owed 995. so only 495 left. They than conveniently did not inform us about 495 that is out standing so that the account is changed to 24 months term in January resulting in an extra 3200 that need to be paid. I would have paid the 495 in october if informed and reminded. Who will pay 3200 if can pay 495 and that after we were paying 1500 on a monthly basis. Phoned them and spoke to very unhelpful Thuli. I also informed them that I will only pay the 495, they said contract is not stating that must pay the 3683.20 that is outstanding now. I also informed them that I will inform each and every person I come in contact with and know about this rip off. Then was informed I am threatening them I said not threat just informing my fellow citizens and family about the rip off. And they definitely lost me and my family as customers forever.
