Poor service i have had it with the service that i have received i was told that if i needed to purchase the equipment i needed to pay R2600 by the sales agent victor and he was constantly on the phone with his boss to confirm the code i paid cash and a week later i was told that i needed to than pay R 200 which i was not informed about ad they apologies for that i than agreed as they told me that my account will only be debited after the technicians have installed however that was the the case my account was debited now the technician came to my house and are telling me that i was quoted incorrectly and need to pay R 3200 extra as i need two more arming system are the sales agent not informed i will not be paying the R 3200 i budgeted accounting to what i was quoted on money does not grow on trees if ADT is not willing to do anything about this as its not my problem please refund me i will go somewhere else R 2800 is a lot of money if the staff was fully informed am sure that this complaint wouldn't be on hello peter i need the alarm insatted as soon as possible if you cant help me let me know am sure i can find better service else where very bad service
