What is the real cost to our country?

Please tell me when parcels that were mailed on the 14th February, 2013 will be delivered.

What is the real cost to our country of these endless strikes? What should the rest of the world think of such total incompetence? Is our Post Office not a front-line contact to the rest of the world? I shudder to think how we are perceived.

I spent more than an hour - I was reminded more than 90 times to please be patient that all the agents were still busy - trying to get an answer that I could give my clients of when they could expect their parcels.

Can I not take SAPO to the small claims court for loss of income?
