Continued strikes. No action plan to rectify or to provide customers with the service paid for. I import a lot from overseas and always pay for expedited shipping, where possible. However, with the continued strikes, I don't even get standard delivery. The cost of expedited shipping is substantially more than that for standard shipping and customers are never compensated for the service not delivered. No communication from the post office regarding this or if anything is being done. Even though the service from my local post office (Meyersdal) is excellent, they can not do anything if they do not receive parcels. It is extremely frustrating to wait for parcels that are not being delivered and with nothing being done to rectify the situation. I pay a lot for a service that is not delivered.
