Missing parcels to Daka

15 months ago we use 3@1 Douglasdale to ship 2 boxes to Daker. 3@1 being our preferred courier company agreed to providing us with their services. Payments were then made and they took ownership of facilitating the shipment of the parcels via South Africa' Post Office. 3@1 advised us that the standard time for the delivery of the parcels would be 3 months. 3 months went by and we had to take the initiative of following up on the parcels as they were long overdue for delivery. A year went by and we had to then follow up with 3@1 as the parcels were not delivered. 15 months from now it turns out that on the day of shipment Sa post offices system was down and they cant trace or track the parcels. To date we dont know where the parcels are, 3@1 cant account for them and SA post office has no idea where the parcels are let along account to receiving them. Payments were made for an exchange of service and as a client till this date have not been serviced. R30 000.00 has been spent on on the parcels, investigations and we havent received any feedback or hop wrt parcels. The parcels are not traceable at all and there is no indication that they left their origin.
