Bad attitude form your staff

I just called the avon call centre requesting my order to be released and was attacked by a lady i think her name is Nonhlanhla she couldn't even let me finish what im saying and told me with an attitude that they haven't received my proof of payment, im surprised because i emailed it this morning. Can i have my order released i dont have the energy to deal with this Rude and arrogant agent.
