The time has come for the SAPO to do what's right!

ANOTHER unprotected strike at the SAPO leaves buinesses crippled. I run a mail order business and my parcels have been sitting at Dowerglen post office since Monday 27 Jan. There have been no collections and there is no movement of parcels. My customers are outraged and so am I. WHY does the SAPO allow these unprotected strikes to happen and then continue endlessly. Is there anyone at the SAPO who has the authority to do anything? Or is the public supposed to suffer every few months because the SAPO is completely incapable of getting their house in order. The strike is illegal, it is unprotected. What does that mean? Obviously nothing. Fire the strikers and sort out your internal issues so we don't have to suffer your incompetence. Enough is enough. Any other business would have fired the illegal strikers days ago but the SAPO obvioulsy feels that illegal strikers are more important than customer service. What a useless organisation. You took our money - NOW DELIVER OUR PARCELS!
