Bad Gems but supplier passes Buck

I have recently bought 3 different batches of Gems produced by " Wildeklawer in Barkley East which were inedible as stringy as in my view this is a farming problem I approached Wildeklawer at first they seemed interested and requested the tag to investigate further, however that is how far they went and now refer to to PNP as their season is over???

What a pathetic excuse?
I will never buy their products and warn others to beaware of this company
