USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had gone to Pronovias on 18 May 2013 with my bridesmaids, looking for a bridal gown and bridesmaid dresses. Being from Dbn i told them that i had tried on a few dresses but hadnt decided yet if they could give me the quotes i would contact them once i was sure. We got a quote on a bridal gown and the bridesmaids dresses that we were interested in. When i contacted them a few weeks later to order the bridesmaids dresses nobody was willing to help. They kept telling me to speak to different peopl and then told me the dresses we wanted were not available! So i told them "but i have a written quote", so they said they would get back to me- thats was on the 7 June and i never heard back! On 15th June my bridesmaids went to the store and were again told the dresses are available and that the sales rep would contact me that same day. They left my contact details with them AGAIN! I waited but got no response. Today i contacted them again only for them again to act like nobody knew which dress i was talking about and knew nothing about the past events! The 3 bridesmaids dresses cost almost R20 000, and yet its almost as if i need to beg them to take my business! VERY DISAPPOINTING!
