Terrible workmanship and customer service

Myself and three bridesmaids had our dresses designed and made by SWC hair and bridal and received our dresses 9 days before the wedding. The dresses were incomplete, were hand sewn (machine sewn in certain places) My zip was only tacked with a few stitches and was coming loose already. My dress had a hole in the back and 3/ 4 stains on it and the edges were fraying very badly. The service was terrible, the designer stood with her baby on her hip while we tried our dresses and ignored all the changes we asked for. She then had the cheek to ask for the money before the dresses were finished as she was having "money problems". Here the facebook link, please don't make the same mistake we did... [URL Removed]
