BRIDAL NIGHTMARE!! STAY AWAY!!

I warn every bride out there in search of their dress to STAY AWAY from ''Bridal Dream'' This so-called establishment is a!! The shop is dirty, dodgy, completely unprofessional and none of the dresses look the same as the pictures they show you! The assistant is all too eager to get you into the change room to start trying on dresses. It began when she tried to squeeze me into a size 6 dress that we chose from her sorry excuse of a ''catalogue'' I then tried on another dress which TOO looked nothing like the picture. We then decided to leave the shop and then only were we informed that there is a fitting fee!! R50 to try on 5 dresses then for every additional dress thereafter R20 is charged. We then complained about not being warned of this fee prior to trying on dresses and we were told ''ITS ON OUR WEBSITE'' They should inform their potential clients of the fitting fee prior to shoving you into the change room. The owner is nowhere to be seen and when we asked for a receipt with their VAT and Company reg numbers we were told by a teenage girl sitting behind the counter that we must phone her mother. She had a horrible attitude! This so-called family business is a!!!
