I got my bill for October and found that it was R1100 over my normal R475 bill. I called mtn and got an excuse of we went over the data limit, checked the itemized billing and found i only went over R50 and R200 over on calls. I called MTN and was told we had registered for a thing called smart call and sms net. I told them that I did not register for any of those things as I do not even know what they are. I was told I had to call a number to cancel the subscription. I called and the number did not exist I called mtn back and was told no they would cancel it for me. I asked to be contacted by a manager the same day. I am still waiting. I checked my bill again on 26th November and it was still on the bill I went into the mtn shop and got told we subscribed again I asked what and how. I got told that sometimes the shop consultants gets commission and so they add it to your bill with out you knowing again I got given a number to call this number again did not exist. I called smart call and sms net and canceled it my self. This smart call and sms net has been on my bill since January which is strange because I only started using my phone again in august as I canceled my other contract
