SA Post Office
No slips or late slips delivered

I often receive parcels through the Post Office and I find that I either don't ever receive a slip informing me that the parcel has arrived or it is received 3 weeks or more later! I have a document with a tracking number sent on 21 December and according to Track and Trace it was received on 22 December at the Bromof Post Office with the comment "1st notification" delivered. I never received a notification and it is now 14 January. I did not have a tracking number previously and was only able to get the tracking number today. When I complained the last time the lady at the Post Office was very unhelpful and abrupt and said it's not her fault, she wrote out the slip. I think it is disgusting service and something needs to be done with Bromhof Post Office's service. It is the worst Post Office I have ever had experience with.
