Experiencing problemsin connection with credit pas

Hi my order was lost in DEC 2012 and Justine re-ordered it and ask for a copy of an invoice from my team leader and manager did submit those required documents. Only today when i call i was told that i need to submit wobble number and they never mentioned it before, so that they can credit my account. My team leader said she does not know that number as they said it is written on the credit adjustment form.
i have made payment of R1080.00 (28/02/13) and R1200.00 (04/03/13.)
the below order was supposed to be credited as it was lost order and being re-ordered/replaced by
12 12 13/12/2012 Order invoice2763452 R804.45LOST AWAITNG FOR CREDIT
12 2 14/02/2013 Order R562.95RE-ORDER
Hope my request will be looked at.
