I rejoined Justine after I stopped using my account 10408438 due to that was made by my then manager, I placed my first order 27 November 2012 with new manager. Mid December I called to ask why I have not received my order I was told it was delivered to an address that I never written on my application. I was informed it will be reversed I continued ordering and the rest of my orders arrived well however the money for 1st order was still on my invoice. When I enquire I was told to submit an affidavit to say I never received the first order.
My concern with me submitting the affidavit why is Justine not being accountable because they are a big Company it gives them the right to mess up my credit rating. I want Justine to clear my name and accept that they were careless in processing my first order.
