I am Magda vd Walt, account no 1531395, a independent representative, since2001 and since 2008 a Sales Leader. On the evening of the 16 March2013, I placed my month end order, on my side it looked that it went through, but on avon side it never went through due to the glitz in Avon's system. In the week there after the zone manager Rika Jardim contacted me and say I never submitted my order which I immediately said, that I would never do such a thing, did not slip up since 2001 not to submit, I have a big team under me and very pidantic about business. I have immediately wrote out my order and scan and emailed to Rika Jardim, a week later my order was received, all very happy, only to find out when the commissions were paid out that I am not getting paid. Why must I been penalised for a Company's IT system not working correctly.
