I bought 2 massage vouchers for myself and a friend, and because it expired on 26/12/2013 I thought it would be perfect for when we went on leave. My friend finished on Friday (13th) and I made a booking, which was successful. I informed Odett (Chew Chew Massage) that I would use my voucher the following week as my last day at the office is Friday (20th). I wasn't informed it would be a problem, and the fact that my friend used the voucher successfully just a week prior left me expecting the same. Imagine my surprise when I was informed today (Monday) that they have used all their allocated Groupon vouchers and won't be able to help me?
What am I to do with the voucher now? I can't use it yet my payment was accepted.
Not a happy customer right now at a time when we should all be in a festive mood.
