The Lockshop made me feel cheated

I first used David Miller/ the Lockshop many years ago, approximately 10 years ago he installed a security tag entrance system at my property, a few months later the system broke, I called them in to repair it and they told me it was just the battery, they still had the cheek to provide me with a large bill which i refused to pay, this made me feel they were very dishonest as the bill did not only reflect a battery, I promised myself never to use them again.

Recently i have renovated my house and went into The Lockshop in Paardeneiland to purchase some better locks, i left with a lock and also ordered another one as they did not have stock of it. I went approximately a week later (today) to fetch it and when they opened the new box that they ordered from me a lock cylinder fell out. I asked them if they could keep the cylinder and maybe credit me a little for it as i only needed the lock mechanism and have my own cylinder, they then claimed that the lock does not come with a cylinder. This lock was ordered for me and ity had one in the box how could they cheat me like this again, I did not realise they were the same company.
