Smartcall Technology Solutions - Illegal Billing

I have money taken off my prepaid airtime for subscription I supposedly made to them. When i questioned the details they told me it was from a Sony Ericsson phone. I own a Blackberry.
I have emailed them in regards to a refund for something I clearly has not subscribed to.
