False information

Hi there,

I got a call from a call centre at fonechoice giving me a special that they were running on that particular day, a call centre agent was selling me a laptop that she REAPETEDLY confirmed that payment instalment was R 299.00 either 6 or 12 months and i still asked "how can the same amount be 6 or 12 months because everyone will choose the shorter instalment? " and agreed to the 6months payment period, i did my maths and asked her to call again later of which she did and still gave me same conditions of payments. i got a product 3days later which was a plus for the service however in opening the statement i was surprised that i am not only going to pay within 36 months but also that the is a charge of delivery and all other funny stuff on the first month which added up to R761.00 that was never discussed with me. call centre agent gave me a false information just to win a sale and i am not happy with that fact.
