In decemeber i requested for our account to be sorted out no one got back and i was given the incorrect billing amount which led to us being in even further arrears, then to sort out the issue... our lights got turned off cause of the wrong information and to have it turned on we had to pay the full amount of R4500 FOR THE electricity to be switched on again only to find out we now owe them in a period of a week and half we now owe them again a further R2000... when is eskom first off going to get back to me and when are they going to be able to hand out the correct information im highly disgusted in what their service and information has led us to be in the situation we are currently in... so much for training i take it
