It''s been a while since I have experienced such professional and efficient customer service from a company.
We had an issue with one of our RusselHobbs products that we bought 2 years ago and once I explained the situation they gladly agreed to replace the product without any hassle. They arranged a replacement within 2 days, delivered to my front door. They treated me with real respect and were also very curtious.
