My complaint is not new as it dates back to September for a laptop that has crashed twice, not even a month later in October the same thing happened. I have called in not less that thrice just in October to ask for Fonechoice to repair their basic laptop, fetch it and deliver it to me, bear in mind that it is in fact the month of November now. Last week I spent 32 mins on the phone arguing with a supervisor about an issue I am experiencing. She told me the laptop would be fetched the next day of course it was not and it still has not been fetched. Fonechoice fails to deliver in selling good and working equipment, they fail to deliver on their promises and they fail in regards to customer service completealy.

Fonechoice your service is generally terrible, your customer agents and their supervisors are incompetent because they either to customers or give the incorrect information. Your equipment performance on it's own speaks for itself.

My advise to the Home Choice brand would be to stick to selling bedding and suitcases, because obviously technology is simply not working for you
