We registered a company with Register on call on 12 Feb 2013. We paid the fees required. At first their communication skills lacked extremely and I had to call continuously to hear how far the registration process was. As they said after payment it would take only 5 working days at the most. On 23 Feb I made payment and on 25 Feb I received a thank you e-mail, and sent off the last info they required. on 15 March after many unanswered e-mails I called Jo, whom then informed me that the documents were sent over night, but the courier company does not deliver in our region. I then requested a post box delivery over night. On the 20th March I called again, as my emails were not answered and was informed that docs were sent via Post net and will sms me the tracking number. I never received it! I called again on the 30th May after many times of unanswered calls finally Mr MAdhir answered and said that it was posted it and he will send me the tracking number within an hour. I still have not received any tracking number nor any documents! we had to pay another accounting firm to get the documents from CIPC, we a new business and need the docs! I'm fed up with these people!! Please help!!
