Failed groupon redemption

I bought a groupon for a full body scrub, wrap and massage from Beauty Elementz in August of last year. I tried to arrange for redemption of the groupon in the beginning of January but the phone lines were out of order so I sent an e-mail. After exchanging a couple of emails she confirmed that we were booked for 22 February at 12:00. I confirmed the booking again yesterday via email.

Today we drove all the way to the north of Pretoria from Krugersdorp for the appointment. The address provided on the groupon is 390 Braam Pretorius street, Pretoria. When we got there at 11:55 the premises was boarded up with a tiny sign saying that they had relocated to Centurion. I phoned the number provided on the sign and Sonet, the merchant, was just plain rude to me, saying that she had closed up that "" place a long time ago, and insinuating that it was my fault for not knowing that they had moved. No one informed me that they had relocated and several emails were exchanged between myself and Sonet without it ever being mentioned.

I would definitely not recommend this salon as the woman in charge is just plain rude, swearing over the phone and unprofessional to the highest degree.
