Wrong address and telephone numbers

I bought a Groupon for the above mentioned supplier. made an appointment 3 weeks ago, confirmed the address etc. when I got there on Saturday they were NOT at the premises of which I confirmed the address. I tried to phone their landline 012 771 7572, which is also on the groupon, several times with no luck. apparently that is an invalid number. I tried the owner Cianley's (spelling sorry) cell phone number as well 082 570 0068. left several messages! to date NO reply at ALL!!! I have PAID for a service I have NOT received! don't EVER do business with these people! I have lost R700!!!
