I have sent an email on 2013/02/13 in order to find out how i can cancel my 2nd order that is due in july/august as i dont want to continue with the product as i am not interested anymore.but then the response i get is as follows: "I trust you are well and thank you for your email. Unfortunately I am unable to cancel your s
2nd hamper at this point. You will be contacted via sms with regards to your 2nd hamper in the month leading up to it dispatch date. You will be at liberty to cancel it at that stage." I mean really why cant i cancel in 6 months in advance? because i know by when the 2nd hamper is due and i then want to cancel there will be a story and they will tell me its too late to cancel.i am willing to pay now until the 8 months is over but i am not interested in the 2nd hamper.and i want to cancel it now not then.and i would like proof of this cancellation in writing.as i have a choice if i want to continue or not, arent i?
