Isabella Garcia ruined my skin!

Since I have used Isabella Garcia's VERY EXPENSIVE range of products, I have developed a very problematic skin. when I informed them to complain about it, a small little facemask was sent to me... I did not ask for a facemask, I told them that I no longer want to use their product and they send me a face mask and messages that my second hamper is on it's way? I do not want a second hamper, and I do not want their free gifts. Isabella Garcia has given me worse skin than what I have ever had, for the price I paid for their range, I expected allot more!
