SA Post Office
5 days turns into 12!

I ordered a very important parcel and was assured it would be delivered in 5 working days. i was also promised complete and up-to-date tracking and tracing. it has now been 10 working days and on phoning the post office, the person who answered was unhelpful and said he cant track it cause their system is down and he doesn't actually know when it'll be up and running again. when i asked him if there was anyway he could perhapse give me another number to call he didn't respond. I paid extra for the "quick" delivery but that seems to have gone to someone or something else cause i am still waiting!
