SA Post Office worst Customer & Delivery Service

I have sent a Parcel to Germany on the 27th May 2013 when trying to track my Parcel online it said my tracking number doesn't exist in the Database I then tryed to E-mail them I am still waiting for a response. Then i tryed to call customer services where i waited for over 30 min and nobody answered. This is absolutely unacceptable
I think in the Future it would be Best to go with Private Delivery Service. Its sad that you cant even trust the Post office anymore.
